RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind about your purchase in-store, over the phone or online, please contact us to arrange the return of unused goods to us with proof of purchase within 14 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note. We would ask that you return the item with all the original packaging, tags and labels.

All agreed refunds will be processed within 7 working days from initial notification of the issue.

This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

In view of the 50% off offers and sales we run – any returns without proper proof of purchase may only be paid out at 50% the current price.

  1. Not happy with your product?

 

At Caulders Garden Centres our Purchasing team are continuously working with suppliers to ensure the quality of all our products is at its highest standard.

 

In the event you receive your item which you are not happy with, please follow the steps outlined below.

  • Call our Head Office as soon as possible on 0141 370 0123
  • Visit your local Caulders branch and speak with the team in person
  • Take photos of your product which you are unhappy with, be ready to e-mail these across to us at info@caulders.co.uk

If for any reason your complaint cannot be handled in store and needs to be escalated, then it will be referred to Senior Management.

 

If you have received your item(s) and they are faulty or you are not satisfied with them, then you have the option of returning them to Caulders according to our Returns Policy.

In the first instance, we would ask that you call, email or speak with the team in store about the issue you are experiencing and our team will organise for refund or replacement as appropriate.

 

  1. Not happy with the quality of service?

 

All the team at Caulders Garden Centres undertake regular customer service training. Our training programme has been set in place to ensure all our members of staff are trained on delivering a high standard service to all our customers.

If, on any occasion, you have been unhappy with the level of service receive, we ask that you e-mail us in the first instance at info@caulders.co.uk with details in order that we can fully investigate on your behalf.
